The D-cel is a strap device which does not rely on the seat belts. Fully independent, it can be used in any racing application. The safest device for GoKarts, Quads, and motocross. With its extra foward strap on the Quick Release, it is great for racers who have rollover or multiple impacts. Available in small, medium, large and extra large. Also available in kids sizes (see Youth Systems section).
